Jack`s Cafe in Le Roy

Food and service was excellent, then guys started mowing grass and weed wacking. Not good.

This is a great place to eat. Been here several times and have never had a complaint. They are still doing take out orders if anyone is interested.

nice clean. easy to find. a number of choices for dinner. food was nice and hot. good portions. I don't remember the last time dinner included salad potatoes and vegetables.

Had all you can eat Walleye.. a little to greasy for me.. this is our first visit.. will hold off my judgement until next visit

04/21/2020 Pulling into Love's Le Roy, IL craving spaghetti and there was Jack's Cafe right by truck parking entrance - looked up menu and sure enough they had spaghetti. Phone ordered as restaurant dine-in not available due to COVID-19. 5min walk later and dinner was packed up and ready to go on arrival. Got to meet Jack (owner) as he greated each customer arriving through the side door for food pickup. Lexi took our phone order and was there to provide meal - super friendly, welcoming and efficient and oh the restaurant smelled so good!. Although couldn't see entire restaurant, the side entrance came into the bar area which was beautiful. Food was outstanding!! Huge portion of spagetti, came with home cooked bread and fresh garlic butter, lightly toasted and a side salad. Really good prices - 2 spaghetti dinners for $25 and change. Yummy, yummy, yummy! Can hardly wait to visit again!!

Jack's is doing a great job at social distancing. Wait staff attentive and courteous with the patio restrictions. Sun is hot for Dinner crowd but food and service make up for it

Outdoor seating. Good food, cold drinks. Can't ask for much more. Our waitress wore a mask.

Awesome place only take out but staff let me sit down at bar and even was able to enjoy a cold one waiting for my order

What a great place. Discovered this restaurant stopping for gas in our journey from Indiana to Minnesota. Excellent business model. Top notch customer service (from top to bottom), home cooked food, wonderful diversity and really good meals for more than reasonable prices. Loved everything about this popular family style restaurant.

Very nice. Had prime rib, chicky soup. A bit warm inside, but I'm not from here and hear they turn the heaters on when it gets below 80.. ha.Definate return stop.

Had the papa's special: 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 strips bacon. Good and decent sized pancakes. Morgan, our server, nice and helpful without being too hovering.

Never been there before but it was very nice everyone was so nice. Had very good meals my wife and I both. I would and will recommend them to all my finds that travel. A first rate restaurant just like home cooking. In my book nothing better!

This restaurant has the best food! We are visiting Illinois, but after eating at Jack's, I wanted to move here! Jack's do you deliver 800 miles away? I can't say enough good about this place! Best food, great prices, friendly staff. A restaurant experience doesn't get better than at Jack's!

Great place to eat at if you are traveling on I-78, Leroy is between Bloomington & Champagne. They serve all day breakfast. We stop once a trip from Indianapolis to Kewanee. Friendly staff and the food is priced right.

They say they close at 8pm or 10pm (depending on the day) but when you call 10-20-30 minutes before closing they say the kitchen is closed down so you can’t even order food. I understand servers doing their side work but closing the kitchen earlier then their hours say, is it a restaurant?! Also ordered kids mac and cheese and paid $6 for it...it was seriously a box of Mac and cheese (.99 cents) that barely fed a 5 year old.

Our family came here from Mahomet for dinner as we wanted something different outside of the Chambana area. I am happy we went. The service was excellent, we never had empty glasses of drinks, we were offered homemade bread that was delicious, our appetizer and food was tasty and both brought out very fast. The restaurant was also very clean. Even noticed the kitchen staff scrubbing the floor with a nylon brush. We will definitely be coming back.

Jack's Cafe is right off of I-74 in LeRoy IL.Folks are real friendly and knowledgeable about their menu.Price is reasonable.All you can eat Fish Fridays!Can't beat that 😁(Food pics are from our first time at Jack's)

We had a party of 8. Service was great. We didn't fee rushed. Staff and management was great and we will lm definitely use for our family meeting spot more often

The food was okay the waitress was kind but I left feeling unsatisfied. And I left with a stomach ache. There wasn't much flavor.

Very good service and all were fast and friendly. Food i ordered was hot and very hearty helping of a home cooked meal. This place is by far the best I've eaten in Illinois. I am certain if my travels bring me back i will eat there versus the fast food chains that are near it. Thank you all for your amazing service and wonderful food.
